Founder
I started working on farms more than a decade ago in Western New York at a historic cider mill. Since then I farmed in Maine, worked on a lobster boat, ranched in Colorado and helped in vineyards in Italy. Every place I went had two things in common, a commitment to the land and a heck of a good story!
I am a fierce opponent of food waste in any context and a staunch advocate for sustainable food systems. Meaningful connections happen over food; lost food and wasted resources are lost connections. To this end, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic and a Masters of Science in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College.
It is my passion to create solutions for lasting change and sustainability in our systems. .
